Wouldn’t cover the large bolt in the other tire that happened when we had to run over the crash debris in the road to get out of the way of other traffic. The bold came from the other persons vehicle damage. The truck was literally a week old and I know it came from the wreckage as it looked just like the other bolts o saw I. The road after the accident. Caliber refused to fix it with the other damage from the wreck. Whose side are they on??? Definitely not the consumer!

Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no delays or confusion along the way. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant, and the service advisor was great to work with as well. You can tell the team knows what they’re doing and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Definitely made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and hassle-free.
