Had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The entire process—from the initial inspection to ordering parts—was handled quickly and efficiently. Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no delays or confusion along the way. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant, and the service advisor was great to work with as well. You can tell the team knows what they’re doing and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Definitely made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

My second visit, hopefully the last. I say the last only because no more damage to my pickup. Caliber goes above and beyond. There service is exceptional and I am glad I found this,shop. There agent Nikki Hilderbrand is best in the business and the main reason I have made them my go to for anything my pickup needs. She is on top of scheduling and customer communication. She is very good at it and is very knowledgeable about the business. Thank you Nikki and Caliber for the great service and excellent work on my pickup. It came home absolutely perfect. The reason I went back to Caliber was the quality of there work, but most importantly to me is the communication. That leads me to Caliber representative Nikki Hilderbrandt, her attention to detail is exceptional and her communication with her customers is top notch. I recommend anyone who is in need of damage repair to give Caliber a call.
