From the very start, the receptionist made me feel special and that my worries about the process was unwarranted. She was knowledgeable and set up my appointment and assured me that the insurance snd car rental issues would be smooth and taken care of. The manager also explained everything to me and I felt that I was going to be in good hands as my car was being repaired.
