My wife and I were happy that your service person (Mark?) on our intial visit allowed us to keep our truck/camper and not leave on site while and estimate on parts availability was made. As it turned out some parts were on back order and we were allowed to use our truck/camper for 1.5 months till parts arrived.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and professional. Chris kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. My SUV looks great. I hope it never gets damaged again, but if it does, I’ll definitely bring it back to Caliber Collision for repairs.

This was the best and easiest repair process that I have experienced in my 43yrs of owning a vehicle. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was given a update and kept informed on my vehicle throughout the repair process. My vehicle was returned cleaner than it was turned in. I highly recommend that you bring your vehicle.
