Repair was completed, however additional damage was caused to the vehicle during the course of the repair. Left rear door interior trim panel and window switch bezel have heavy gouges in the plastic, left rear door exterior has several deep scratches, front right fender has scratch/chip, and interior has heavy chemical smell that makes it difficult to be in the interior for any length of time. Management is aware of the issues, however at time of pickup sunlight was very limited and I was unable to do a complete evaluation of the vehicle for any further damages. What is listed above is what I have noted at time of pickup and immediately thereafter. I will continue to evaluate the vehicle for any other damages.

The quality of the repairs performed for the initial reason the vehicle was brought in would be a 9, however the vehicle was damaged while in for repair, requiring a future visit and weeks of delay while waiting for parts. It should be noted that the manager, Brandon, and rep, Michael have provided excellent service thus far and are standing behind their warranty to remediate the damages caused while the vehicle was in their care. I wish I could provide a higher score, but the additional damage brings down substantially what would otherwise have been a great experience. Hopefully the second visit will be the final one. Thank you.
