The car looks so good. Everything lines up perfectly. They even did the paint on a door that was previously repaired from a company that was not done properly. Now you can’t even tell there was any damage anywhere . This is our third time using caliber and will continue to come back.

The car was not completely fixed. The back bumper was. not 100% in place and Im still waiting for that to be fixed. Plus the new back door has a chip in the painting. Not sure how this needs to be addressed.

The repair was good. I dropped off the rental and picked up my truck on the 28th. Enterprise wants insurance to pay till the 1st. I’m not sure why???? Please correct issue. Also, I’m missing the rubber insert in my drink console in the front seat of my GMC 3500

Got my truck back today! It has been almost a month! Thank you Caliber Collision of Liberty Hill! They dropped me off when I had to leave it and they picked me up today. Cade, such a sweet young man drove me both ways. Eric who I assume is the manager has been very communicative, Ashley at the desk as well! Great experience! They even detailed my truck, which needed it!
