Very convenient location for me. Short wait time for my appointment and a quick turnaround. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction, no issues and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend even if you have to drive a little further.

We've used Caliber before and they are generally very good. This time not so much. Although customer service is top notch the repair itself was lacking.

There is a much larger gap at the hinge of the lift gate than before. They stated they needed to work the hinge but does not appear to have been addressed. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong but since they replaced the entire lift gate, it should be properly aligned. And it's not.
