No one knew anything about some parts. Had no idea where to get computer help. Return had no idea about items on car. They just seem lost. Wife took day off work and we drove aprox75 miles to get part they said did not exist and them made no effort to reimburse us for gas or time.

Very pleased that the repairs were completed 2 weeks before the estimate. Also, that I was told that I could turn the rental in at the shop instead of having to return it to Enterprise. I could not be more satisfied. GREAT JOB!

It took longer than we were told which ran up the rental cost turning my $500 deductible into an $800 deductible. If the Hutto store hadn’t sat on it for a week before deciding to ship it to a different store it would have been done sooner. If I ever need a collision repair again I doubt I will use caliber

My car looked great They cleaned the inside and washed part of the outside. If they are going to wash the car why would you not wash the entire car? The top of the car (roof) was filthy

I loved how clean the car was on the inside, that was a bonus. The repair looked great. The car was washed on the outside except for the roof, that still puzzles me
