The repair went well and I’m happy that my truck is looking straight again! The reasons I didn’t score a 10 were because of a few things. One, there are multiple minor flaws in the paint work (small runs/dirt) on the hood and left front door. I am happy with the color matching aspect though. The last reason was the overspray. Both inside and outside were covered in drift clear coat. I spent some hours this last weekend with a clay bar, detailing my truck to remove it. there are still a few spots that didn’t come out on the left rail and can corner. The interior is still covered in it, and I have yet to address this issue. The crew did a good job overall, but the painter may need to take more time in masking off the vehicle to prevent the overspray. I also think the detailer should have noticed these issues while cleaning it up and which would have saved me time and money.

Workmanship was top quality. My car had been cleaned & polished when I picked it up & it looked like a new car. The employees were courteous & fully answered all my questions. I will continue to use Caliber Collision when needed!

Caliber Collision was wonderful! The insurance company where I live recommended them when R Sweeny did not do what she needed to do. Caliber took care of all the paperwork plus my rental. If they hadn’t helped me I would still be waiting for R Sweeny the Safeco (LM) agent to return my calls emails & texts!
