I was made to believe my vehicle would be repaired to pre accident condition. Receiving a vehicle with active engine alarms does not fit that definition. I gave the shop multiple chances to fix and was finally and uncermoniously told to just take it to the dealership. Now I have to take a vehicle that I have no idea if its safe to drive to a dealership an hour away and wait even longer.

Truck still has an active alarm. Resolution was to clear it and see if it came back. It did (twice) and now I'm being told to take it to the dealership. This was not the service I was promised.

I am excited to share my experience at Caliber Collision in Liberty Hill because it was amazing! First of all, they gave me great information about what the possible outcomes of my situation could be (broken sunroof glass). The person I worked with, Michael, was extremely informative and professional. He worked with me to get my car in as soon as possible and schedule the repair during a time that worked with my schedule. Though he thought it would be a two-day job, it turned out that they were able to complete the job early. In addition, it cost less than they anticipated in the beginning. And that's not all! When I came to pick up my car, I found out that they washed it and even cleaned the inside. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. I am glad I found Caliber Collision and grateful for the repair they did for me. They were professional, informative, flexible, efficient, and affordable.
