The vehicle turned out amazing after the accident. Looks brand new and runs great. I’m very impressed given how bad a shape it was in. So happy with the results!

The communication of updates was very confusing. I received text messages and emails with conflicting timing and messages between what appeared to be automated vs real. The real person seemed aware, but was not clear as to what was happening so it was very confusing. Hope they can figure out a better system/process.

We really appreciated all of the care and communication from the technician, Chris. We were in a time crunch due to a scheduled vacation. Chris kept us updated and made sure everything was completed before we needed it. He was very kind and caring in his communication. Overall a very positive experience.

They did a quality work on the repairs, but it was an unreasonable amount of time for me to be without my car for a month. My neighbor brought her car in for hail repair in the morning and picked it up at the end of the same day. Others I have spoken to had a similar experience of a timely repair. I don’t understand why your process is so different. That was challenging for me to have to go without my vehicle for so long.

My car sat at your place for a week and wasn’t touched!!! This is unacceptable in my opinion!! I didn’t have the use of my vehicle during this time! This was a huge inconvenience for me! Your only saving grace is that I wasn’t paying for a rental or I would be asking for monetary compensation!!

The repair job was excellent. The only thing I questioned is I was told to bring the car in for evaluation, the young lady came out took pics and asked about the car. Stated she would submit to the insurance company and get everything authorized. They called to set up the repair appt. When I arrived the same lady came out took pic and said she would submit to insurance for authorization. I asked isn't that what we did at the initial visit. She did not really answer. I was very satisfied with the repairs and would recommend you.
