I think this has more to do with the individual who backed into my car and her progressive insurance, but everything was very smooth. I think the worst part was that it took so long, and that actually is on your end, but even with that, it was all very smooth and I have my car and it looks great.

Kennedy is the bomb. Always on point and get me any updates. Caliper was very tenacious to find and fix the electronic issue that had plagued my car after a deer hit me… I can’t thank them enough…

My 2019 Chevy Tahoe, was damaged from a car that had backed into it in a parking lot, and had to get the repairs done. After checking many reviews on auto body shop's, the one that stood out was Caliber Auto body. I have never had an accident that needed repairs before, so were a bit nervous about the whole thing. When I met with the Caliber front office, and all of the staff, I was put at ease. They treated me with respect and knew that I was upset about the accident. They called that day and said they could do the repairs the next couple of days. May Tahoe was done in about a week. When I came to pick it up, Jackie, and Kennedy went over all the repairs and answered all the questions I had. I couldn't tell where the any of the damage was. It was like it had never happened. If you're thinking about getting your vehicle repaired, and looking for a stand up body shop, look no further... These guys are the real deal. Very friendly staff and truly professional! Many thanks to them all!
