Based on your timing estimate, I rented a car for 3 weeks. I love the fact that my car was done 10 days early, but it would have been helpful to know that your original time frame was subject to change. I would have opted for a different rental situation. Overall, I am pleased with the service I got, but this timing situation cost me a lot of money on the rental car.

Overall fit and finish good. There is a paint bubble or drip on bottom edge of the liftgate that hopefully won't be a rust entry point in the future.

I've never been in a crash before, and I showed up incredibly flustered and overwhelmed. The team at Caliber walked me through my insurance and all of the next steps, and I felt so much better when I left. I got almost daily texts about the progress of their work, and their estimate was spot on. Everyone there is so lovely to work with and I appreciate the time and effort they put into making my car look good as new again.
