Check engine light came on 10 mins after leaving. Flashes over and over. Additionally, with no knowledge or notice apparently the passenger side door trim wasn’t approved to be replaced by the insurance!?!? Definitely was there pre deer strike! Not ideal to see for the first time this issue existed when I flew out to pick the vehicle up. I water 10 hours and about $500 on this… caliber has had this car two months.

Brian and Kennedy listened to my concerns, engine issue after replacement, and passenger side door trim missing… after I flew in to pick up my vehicle. They helped shuttle me to a rental company so I could drive back home. They helped with the issue I wish the issues had been addressed in the first place.

My car got hit pretty badly by a deer and my car was in rough shape and this place made my car look like it never got touched the deer at all! And I loved that they kept me updated multiple times a week! 10/10
