The paint match and everything was top notch. There was a small paint chip inside the door jam that I forgot to even point out and they got that repaired. Also wheel was repaired which I didn’t notice. I’d highly recommend these folks. Only thing that wasn’t perfect perfect was some debris/ dust left in interior and side mirrors were fogged up with I’m not sure yet, but the car wash didn’t take it off. No big deal the repairs look phenomenal. Thanks Caliber Collision on Atlas drive in Madison WI

My car pulls to the left. it didn't pull to the left when I dropped it off. I said not to replace my head light bulbs and they where replaced when they worked just fine the only light that should have been replaced should of been the driver side fog light I want my head light bulbs back. And I want the alignment fixed now and it smells like antifreeze when it didn't smell like antifreeze when I dropped it off no fluid leaks from my car and the temperature gauge went over what it always stays at

Estimate was less than $2,000 to correct ALL of the dings and scratches (all small). Then I got a call saying that, because of the color of the car, the estimate was actually more than $3,000. When we picked up the car, it was clear that the repairs did NOT remedy all of the dings. I was told that they would correct the small rock ding (the most noticeable), but they would need to increase the estimate to more than $3,500. We declined. How would you feel?

Kennedy and her team at the Madison, WI, Atlas Avenue location did a terrific job. All body lines were crisp and even, the paint was free of orange peel and the match with the existing paint was seamless. She even remembered the small things.I had asked if I could have the chrome logo emblems that were removed and ultimately replaced. She has the attention-to-detail that customers — like me — really appreciate.
