Took my vehicle there after hitting an animal. They fixed the issue with the trim pieces, however when I got it back there was a persistent humming noise. This noise gets louder as you increase speed and also is most noticeable after braking and coasting down to a stop… I took it back, explained the issue. Asked if they checked the wheel at all, the wheel bearing anything… all the man talked to me about was maybe there was missing clips. They took the car back, checked it out… they Called me, explained there was no missing clips, and they heard no noise…again how about we check the wheel bearing, brakes, anything. As hitting an animal at that speed under your tire could cause some damage… I know my car, and that noise was not there prior to my accident. The noise is still there and I have to take it somewhere else.

Repaired the trim and that looks good. Got it back with a humming noise from the front driver side wheel. Called them, brought it back. The man talked to me only about potential loose clips. I mentioned the wheel bearing, brakes or something is wrong if they even checked that? As hitting/running over an animal at that speed may have damaged something with the wheel. He took the car back and they looked at it. Claimed there was no noise, and no loose clips. Basically ignoring what I said. Got my car back and the humming from the front is increasingly getting worse as I’m almost positive I have a failing wheel bearing. I have experienced this on other vehicles and it is the same noise. The fact that I was ignored, this was not looked at and only the trim being damaged was the only thing considered is ridiculous. Great you fixed a bunch of cracked trim pieces, but ignored any mechanical elements that may have been damaged. I now have to take my car elsewhere and hope my wheel bearing doesn’t fail completely and leave me stranded before I can get it in. What a joke!

They gave me very update by text, and responded quickly to any questions. They even detailed the inside of my car! So happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone that needs repairs. But note to self and others please rental insurance when your car is being repaired. I learned the hard way

Overall I was satisfied with the repair but having to comeback to pop a panel in was a bit frustrating. I also noticed a hole in my tint that obviously I have zero proof was not there before (which is why I have to called about it) but I know was not there before. The repair itself looks great and the customer service was great as well.
