The work done was excellent. The process is horrible. You should come in before your appointment especially this simple repair so part can be ordered ahead of time. Need to be flexible in doing this. Not just you do it one way no matter how much damage It’s ridiculous.

Repair was fast and easy. However, the door where the damage occured does not latch properly and the door has to be slammed. The covering on the door interior feels loose and moves a bit.

They did a great job with the repair the car looks like brand new and they even washed it and vacuumed out my car for me, consistent updates and it only took 2 weeks for the repair to be done from the time I dropped it off highly recommend them
