I brought my 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line to Caliber Collision for repairs, and unfortunately the work has not been fully completed or resolved. When I picked up the vehicle, there were noticeable panel gap issues, the fender that had been damaged by the tire was not properly repaired, and the headlight issue they said would be fixed was not resolved. The headlight is still leaking and continues to collect moisture. I was told they would keep in touch and notify me once the needed part arrived. After over a week with no communication, I finally reached out and was told the part had not even been ordered yet. At this point, it has been about a month and the issues remain unresolved. I appreciate that they acknowledged the problems and indicated they would address them, but the lack of follow-up, delays, and incomplete repairs have been frustrating. I expected better communication and a more thorough repair process. Unfortunately I can't recommend my dealership or anyone I know to do business with caliber collision due to this unresolved issue.

2024 4Runner, suffered a deer strike. Initial time estimate for completion was 20 days, but was completed in 11. Crew appears to have done excellent work matching spacing, margins, and paint across all repaired areas. Even the replaced headlight was matched to the adjusted beam height of the original on the passenger side, showing attention to minutia most wouldn’t think of. Was given contact with a rep available via text any time and received regular updates on progress throughout process. Would absolutely recommend, thank you Caliber Collision for your work and dedication!
