Very poor service on my brand new car. Parts were missing, Screws were missing, Some cracked parts were still there, and Doors were not level on the same length. At first, when I got there to pickup my car and the Inspection told me that my car was good to go. The I think that whatever the repair was not done correctly the way it should be because we are not a mechanic professional ourselves but my husband’s know so much about cars too. We think that your repair guy did horrible job. I was going to give you a good survey but I can’t anymore. I’m sorry for all the trust I have in you guys.

I wanted to let the manager know and please be aware of this situation. Make sure your mechanics know what they are doing and do good inspection on the car before calling the owner of their car and tell them to pick up their car.
