Staff is extremely customer friendly. Juan greeted me, reviewed to the damage to the vehicle, explained the processes and provided a tentative completion date. This date was met, exceeding the projected date by two days. Workmanship on the repair area and vehicle condition returned, exceeded the customer's expectations. I was regularly updated via text messages as where the vehical was in the repair process. I would and will encourage others to utilize the services and workmanship of Caliber Collision! Well done to all involved with my experience!

Juan was very courteous and professional and kept me updated regularly. My sole complaint is I wish I would have been asked whether I wanted “new car smell” when they cleaned it because it triggers my migraines.
