I was very impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone that I dealt with! The connection with enterprise made everything so much easier than what I’ve had in the past. Not needing to drive to enterprise was super nice! I felt informed the entire time and felt the final repair looked like new. I was most impressed by the little things such as the manager pulling my car up as I finished the final paperwork. Great job by everyone!

There was one problem when I called back. Vanessa answered the phone. She kept putting me on hold over and over again. I got the impression she was busy doing something not related to work. Eventually she transferred me to Debbie who was great.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my Ford. Looks fabulous! It took a week longer than originally thought, but with the amount of work and the unexpected delays in original parts shipping, it was all totally understandable. The communication was outstanding. Thank you all very much!
