The Whole thing took longer than was quoted. My car was left outside with the key in it without a front window for >week while a part was being waited for. I wasn’t given appropriate updates. When the car was finally finished the detailing kept me from getting it. I had to call three times after I was told it was finished to try to pick up my car before leaving town only to be told that they hadn’t even started to clean it. When I did get it back my key was broken requiring me to get it fixed costing me more time and hassle since my car was again not usable.
