Tom McGuire is a hard working, honest guy trying to return n a business He was very attentive and responsive. However, my contact with Dan who initially looked at my van and checked out with me upon completion was terrible. He chalked my previous poor paint repair work to “Wisconsin winter”. I had to ask 3 times for paperwork on the finished repair as he initially said they don’t give any. Seemed uninterested and did not know what work was done for certain. Should not be working with people. Didn’t return calls or follow through on promises. Deb in the office was nice.
