I did not give a 10 because I was misinformed and scheduled an estimate with Caliber. When I got to Caliber after driving 20 minutes I was told that an estimate wasn't needed and that they worked directly with my insurance so I needed to reschedule for repair. During the repair, I was told I would be called with updates, but after not hearing any news for 48 hours I had to call to find out when my car would be done. It was scheduled to be finished in a few hours.
