I was able to get my car worked in when they were very booked due to all the hail storm car damage. I have always used the east Madison location for all my cars and they have always been so nice and super communicative during the repair process. I ended up needing to extend my car rental as my car was taking a bit longer since they were so busy but my adjuster was able to get that fixed for me no problem. The only thing I wish would have been better for me (and this is such a minor complaint) is that my one headlight needed to be fixed and I received a whole new headlight and I wish they would have suggested replacing my other headlight so they could match. So now I am driving around with one really nice new headlight and my other one is nice but should match. Other than that, everything else was great and my car was cleaned inside and out. It looks so nice! And I am glad to have my vehicle back.

I’m very happy with the work, that’s for sure. It’s just that the car does not look factory new because the replacement door trim doesn’t line up 100% and a couple of tiny paint defects.
