Overall have had nothing but positive experiences with Caliber and this wasn’t terrible or anything. Just not my usual smooth experience with Caliber. We have had several cars there over the years.

We have worked with Caliber previously on this same car but it went to the luxury location where we had a wonderful experience. Great communication and repair work done on time. This time we were at the Margaret Wallace location. Initially everything was great. The car was not completed on time due to an issue with recalibrating a headlamp, which I understand things happen. It ended up being almost another 2 weeks and the communication wasn’t great on that. I imagine they got tired of me calling to ask when my car would be ready. We also realized after finally getting the car back that the Audi emblem on the front of the car was silver and should have been black. Overall not terrible, I just wonder if we should have been sent to the luxury location again.

My repairs were completed 9 days before the original estimate. Daisy Nguyen was wonderful throughout the process in keeping me informed. If needed, I would come back to Caliber on Margaret Wallace Rd and request her. I will refer friends there when and if the need arises.

This location repaired everything on my car and it looks great. They also fixed an issue with my wiper fluid pump that the location I went to previously for a different accident was looking at for hours and couldn’t figure out the issue.
