I stopped by and talked with Sue at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come back with the vehicle that needed repair. I came back the same day and met with Daisy who quickly evaluated the problem. She outlined three paths and gave me quotes for all three. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie overheard the conversation about my rear liftgate not opening and jumped in to help. Stephanie climbed into the back of the Toyota and adroitly explored several options to help open the liftgate. She did a great job explaining what she was doing and treated my vehicle with care. She successfully opened the liftgate and repaired part of the problem on the fly. This Caliber Collision team went above and beyond to help me. They were great to work with and will recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you Stephanie, Daisy and Sue!

This is the second time they’ve fixed my bumper, and they always do a fantastic job! They clean the car and make it look great when it’s finished. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue coming back if I ever need more work done on my car.
