My minor damage was repaired quickly. Jesse kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the process. They even returned my car to me fully washed. I am very satisfied with the results of the repair.

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the entire experience. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, friendly from the front desk to my service agent, Ciara who kept me informed from start to finish. Being able to drop my rental off at the shop was really convenient. Thanks again to everyone!

I’m completely satisfied with the service from Caliber. My car looks perfect every interaction with the staff was a pleasure. The staff was knowledgeable courteous and got things done in a timely manner . The atmosphere when you walk in the McKinney location is so peaceful. I visited another Caliber location before choosing McKinney .

Ciara was excellent to work with as she was very easy to understand, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Her response time was excellent when getting back to me. I also was very much impressed with the manager, who went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle and the customer service I received during the repairs. The customer service was so excellent, it made the unfortunate repairs needed on my vehicle an actual smooth and non-stressful experience!
