I was glad that I got constant update on what was going on with my truck. The guys did a great job. I looked the truck over and didn't find one thing that wasn't done correctly. The last time I had work done from a competitor I had to get them to fix it three times. Then still had to fix it myself. So to see that your staff pays attention to the details is refreshing to me. The only reason you got this 2 is because Junior turned out to be helpful after a rough start.. But you guys had my car and left it outside during a hail storm.. Tony called and told me I would be contacted by an adjuster who would give me the option to go elsewhere.. I called back later to ask a question and the receptionist hung up on me.. I had a shop that was going to fix my car and paint it the way it should have been done.. Without my authorization you guys took it upon yourselves to do PDR to avoid painting my hood because you wanted more money from me.. By the time I picked up my car I was done fighting about it.. I will never go back to any caliber collision.. I have also recommended to my 669 Facebook followers to stay away also..

Every employee at the shop waa very friendly and helpful. Also it was a nice surprise that they cleaned my car and detailed it on the inside. My repairs were excellent and now my car is as good as new. I highly recommend this shop.

Overall everyone were very nice. Specially Shane and junior were very polite and down to earth to help me and make me feel very comfortable. I was not able to pick up my car in time and junior waited for me till I got off from my job to pick up my car. Thank you.
