Jesse was very helpful going above and beyond to address different issues with the car in spite of the insurance company being difficult and refusing to replace the fuel sending unit. He was able to fix most problems even with the meager amount the insurance company authorized. He and his techs did a great job.

I can’t say enough about the staff and Jessie at caliber collision. They did an excellent job repairing my truck. I got step-by-step reports on what was going on. They had the car rental ready for me. They went above and beyond any place that I’ve ever been to I would recommend them to anybody.

I am so was shocked at how my car looked after it was done. Caliber has always done a good job with our vehicles. But for some reason, they can never finish the job where we dropped it off. We keep hearing about being shorthanded on techs to do the work.. our vehicle always seems to have to be sent to another location to have the work done.

We were very satisfied with the job that the store in McKinney off of Red Bud did! Ciara was very conscientious and detail oriented. Ordered all of the correct parts needed to do the job correctly this time. I would highly recommend their shop as the location to use in the future.
