As I drove my car home an hour from Caliber, it was pulling to the right. My husband made an appt for an alignment. At the alignment place, the paperwork showed an issue with the rear passenger tire and they realigned everything. I did not drive it over the long weekend and now it's pulling more to the right again. So I will take it back and see what its reading now. Also when I got my vehicle home there were rocks in the front bumper area with rubber from the bumper hanging down. We determined the rocks were from when they towed our car out of the tow yard and spliced the rubber area under our bumper. We definitely didn't expect that.

Very quick service. I brought my truck on a Monday morning for a new front bumper. Wednesday about noon it was completed, sensors checked and I picked it up. Also Rick at the Medina shop was very kind and kept me well informed! I'm sorry his name was Nick.

Eric was very nice. He kept me up to fate on the progress of my car getting fixed. Caliber Collision did an awesome job! They had my car done earlier than they said it would be. If you ever need any work done; I would definitely recommend going to Caliber Collison in Medina

I believe they did a excellent job on the repairs, looks great, the only thing I was not happy with was how dirty the engine compartment is, I did attempt to wipe it down some.
