There was a Crome strip on the lower part of the bumper that I think should have been replaced it is a plastic strip and it has a crack in it I am sure it was due from the deer also on the emblem on the grill the plastic logo insert is missing I believe that that part was replaced but the insert is not in place thank you

The guys at the Medina Ohio Caliber Collison are the best in the business. This is my second time working with them and both times have been great. They really know how to make the headache of a car accident easy to deal with. Special shout out to Nick at the front desk for always being professional, yet very personable. I'd also like to thank the gentlemen behind the scenes in the body shop for doing such an amazing job. My Subaru WRX has been in their hands twice, first after hitting a deer at 60mph and then again after being hit by a truck. My car has left looking brand new after each repair. I truly appreciate your attention to detail and the amazing paint matching you guys achieve. Thanks again and keep up the amazing work.
