The whole team at Caliber in Melissa was amazing! Their communication was thorough, and the estimated time for completing the repairs was right on point. . There were no unexpected delays, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will not hesitate to have Caliber in Melissa work on our car again. Hopefully, we won’t need them anytime soon’ 😊 But if we do, it’s reassuring to know we have a team we can trust!

Good communication while the car was being repaired - but we gave feedback when dropping off the car...still waiting for a resolution.

I picked up the car, mentioned that the bumper was not aligned. The person took pictures. I was told they would reach out to me - they did and asked me to bring the car back. The same person did the same walk around and same pictures were taken...still no resolution.
