I know this location really are very awesome and professional in what they do.. My Ex Wife took her X5 to get fixed and the car looked brand new. They always kept us informed of the process of the vehicles. It all started with Vivian at the front desk. Then with James who really to care of us both. Then, Dustin always communicated with me and made sure I was happy with my car etc.. I will always suggest anyone to not worry about their vehicle because, it’s in good hands at the Melissa location.. I just want to thank everyone from start to finish with my car.

The wrong color ornaments were used and the bumper is already coming apart after one carwash. There is nothing behind the bumper making it solid like there was prior to the accident.

My car was not completely taken care of. The collision sensor is showing on dashboard which they should have changed but they just calibrated it. This is not right. They should have fix the problem before discharge. Am not happy with that.
