Great experience with this shop! Due to the parts shortage and back orders, my car was in the shop for an extended period of time. The staff kept me up to date and informed. Finally all parts came in except for one. Instead of prolonging the process, this team fabricated a safe temporary solution until that part comes in. The job was done beautifully. I am impressed. Great paint job. Looks flawless. 100% recommend.

The Caliber Collision team in Melissa was outstanding! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for extensive hail damage repairs, and they were able to complete all of the repairs and paint work in less than 10 days (with updates every other day on progress and status). The Jeep looks like new. I’m extremely pleased with the level of service I received and quality of the work, and will definitely be back the next time I need repairs done to one of our vehicles.
