From the day I walked in for the initial appt everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. They even drove me home as my friend was ill that morning. They were short of help that day but still did it. I was kept informed everyday on the progress of my vehicle. It looks like new. Thank you Mark and the team at the Melissa Caliber Collision. I hope I never need a Collision Center again but if I do I will take it there.

I would absolutely recommend the Melissa Caliber location. I have had previous dealings with another Caliber Collision location in McKinney, that I was not satisfied with the customer service.
