They got everything on my car fixed and it looked even better than it did before, since it was a complete new bumper. They have an amazing paint guy who got the mirror finish on perfectly. Great people great service. Thank you zooo much guys y’all rock!

Took way too long. Was told that they needed one more part then after that said they were waiting on a few more parts. Didn't receive calls back when I was told that I would be called back. Windshield wasn't repaired. I've been pleased with Caliber in the past. Not this time.

Our windshield was still cracked from the accident, a piece has already come off of the door that they repaired and the back side door doesn't open properly anymore. The repairs were not done well or no one checked the work that was done.

Everyone at the center were friendly and attentive to my needs and worked very hard to get the job done professionally. When I picked up my Jeep it was immaculately cleaned both inside and out. I was very impressed it the Caliber Center in Melissa Texas.
