Regional General manager Adam took me under his wing and turned me over to David at The Melissa location. Instead of being 241 on the repair list I was number 1! I had a lot of hail damage so it did take time. 4 weeks to be exact. But my truck is beautiful!! Trust Caliber!!

Upon dropping my vehicle off at the shop, I learned that it would be transferred to another Caliber Collision shop to be worked on. After several days, I called to check on the status of the repair. I was told by the receptionist that I would have to call the other shop to find out the status. I asked the receptionist if she could call the other shop and call me back with the information; she told me I would have to make the call. I find that level of service level to be lacking.

Very professional, very prompt, very friendly and thoughful staff. Very clean and modern shop. My truck was delivered on schedule, in like new condition and much cleaner than I had left it. This has been a good experience and I will certainly trust Caliber Collision in the future.
