I love using Caliber because of the convenience of dropping my wife’s car off. 4 out of 5 stars because both times my wife took her car in the work was done without replacing the headlights. Both times this required an extra trip the next morning. The technician(s) that completed the work did a great job!!

I would give it a 10 rating, but my wife had to take the car back the next day because when they replaced the light assembly they didn’t replace the bulbs. Even though the bulbs were working when we took the car in.

I’ve had to use Caliber Collision on Covington Pike twice in the past year after two accidents (neither was my fault), and they were amazing both times. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car looked brand new when I got it back. I can't say enough good things about them.
