The communication was absolutely on point with Andrew. There was one small issue that he initially missed but he acknowledged it as soon as I arrived to pick up my car. He instantly advised that I just needed to pick the date to bring my car back and he would rectify the problem. I really love excellent customer service which is what the entire team provided during this time. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of auto body repair!!!!

They were very professional. They updated me on the status of the repairs on a regular basis. They did forget to instal one of the emblems on the vehicle but called me the day after I picked it up to inform me of the mistake and schedule a time to bring it in for them to correct the problem.
