The gentleman that did the intake and assisted me was excellent & kind. The customer service was the best. And the work was done quickly, getting my car back a week earlier than originally estimated. We’ve been to this shop 4 times and will continue to come for any work needed. My only ask is, Please don’t confront customers about how they rate the service on the survey. It’s intimidating and makes it feel as if we can only rate you high. A selfish teenager (18) only rated an 8 because the dates kept changing and she was without a car for a while. I would recommend Caliber as the place to go! The fact that we are returning returning customers shows we are satisfied customers. Thanks.
