My Service Rep was extremely helpful and pleasant! She contacted me regularly to keep me abreast of what was happening with my vehicle. In addition when I picked up my vehicle, they detailed my vehicle so nicely; that it looked like I had just drove it off the showroom floor! I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Caliber Collison and I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the impeccable service!

The Team at the Covington office is awesome! They are always professional, friendly and welcoming - and the free cup of coffee is a bonus! I absolutely love the regular communication that keeps me informed of my car‘s progress - it’s nice not to have to call a place to get a status update and just know that I’m going to get one automatically. Not only that being able to leave my rental car there when mine was ready is a huge perk. You guys got me in right away. The repairs took a minimum amount of time and as I said already, the staff is super friendly and it’s just nice to be around nice people in stressful moments.. 10 out of 10!
