Taylor was a complete joyous ray of sunshine!! Taylor didn't give me time to have questions she kept me consistently well aware of ALL progress before I could even ask. The other two ladies in the office were greeting considerate & courteous they both spoke and offered water & popcorn. DeTrick was very chatty greeting & ALL smiles ONLY to every male that walked in the door. DeTrick was so awfully dry & obnoxiously RUDE to me & ALL the other ladies that walked into Caliber. Upon arrival while looking at the monitor DeTrick aggressively said, "Can I help You!!" Even after I said good morning. After my service was complete, DeTrick aggressively said to ME, "The card reader is READY for you Mrs. Wright!!" After I inserted my card DeTrick printed the receipt(I guess)& shoved it along with other papers into a caliber card & laid it next to the card reader. DeTrick was extremely rudely silent. I picked up the caliber card wondering what was in it & why DeTrick just placed it beside the card reader with no verbal information. As I stood at the counter for a few moments DeTrick said absolutely NOTHING still after my entire monetary transaction. As I turned to walk away to sit Taylor came threw the shop door & saw the puzzle look on my face & began to explain what was in the caliber card. Taylor made my experience at Caliber a joy!! DeTrick let's me know that I will request a totally different repair place. I NEVER in my life have been treated so unnecessary. DeTrick I apologize to you for NOT being a man. DeTrick made me feel less than a lady because he ONLY greeted, chatted, & smiled so hard showing ALL 300 of his teeth to EVERY male that entered Caliber!!!! I hope that I NEVER have to deal with a person like you again that pretends to be of customer service

I was so impressed with the professionalism of entire staff. The communication was excellent, even before I thought about my vehicle, I received a text with the current status. My vehicle was so clean in and out. What a great experience. I loved the work!!

Every employee I encountered was not only professional but personable as well. I was treated with respect from the time I entered the facility until I left. My vehicle was ready early. I was unable to pick it up so they delivered it to me. Their service is the best I have EVER encountered.
