When picked up my truck there’s and unpleasant odor or smell inside like an animal crawled inside and died. Other than that I’m very pleased with Caliber collision and Mr.Marvin the adjuster who was pleasant at all times we spoke by phone or text. Will someone please tell me what that unpleasant smell is?

I gave a rating of a 4 solely due to the actual body work done on my car. My overall experience with this body shop was specifically with Jessica was extremely unprofessional. There was no clear communication with me on updates at all unless I called or contacted my insurance. The process was was just not a good experience that I would ever recommended to anyone.

I do have some discrepancy about my vehicle traveling from the Centennial Parkway to the Mount Moriah location I had a full tank of gas before dropping it off. There was mud in the passenger seat. I have videos and pictures.
