I love the communication that Jessica sent to me through out the week I had no worries. I came into the office to drop my car off and everyone was nice and pleasant I love that. And when I pick my vehicle up today it was very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to go to Caliber Collision on mt Moriah. I want to thank you for my vehicle it is perfect

I have extended grace to Caliber for my repairs they didn’t do correctly. I gave them a couple chances after the initial repair to correct the issue but they still have yet to do so. I’ve spoke with two different people there and neither of them was any help. I’ve reached back out to the insurance company to let them know repairs were not quality work and repairs are still needed. Caliber does not know how to repair foreign cars and it shows.

Windshield wiper fluid was empty. Since driving the car and having an alignment it tends to navigate a little more towards the left than straight. I don’t see any record of a brake check on the report
