Where do I start, the young lady at the desk is so very kind. You feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. Ms. Patricia was my advisor. A sweet spirit that kept me aware of progress of the repairs. To the repair team, the color match is perfect. You guys exceeded my expectations but I know the best shop for repairs is right here.

Caliber was amazing! Kelly was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I was kept updated constantly. Everything was finished ahead of schedule, even with 2 additional fixes that needed to be done after the fact. When we had to add a replacement on one of the mudguards that got missed in the initial inspection, it was easily handled between caliber and geico and I didn’t have to do anything additional. The customer service was above and beyond!

Everyone at Caliber Collision was nice. Kellie helped me and she was very informative. She explained to me all the steps and kept me updated with everything regarding my car. Her customer service was great! I would recommend this location to anyone who needs repairs. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
