Patricia was most accommodating in keeping us up to date on the repair progress. She was also very friendly and always very courteous. I needed to check with her during the repair process over s confusing issue. She was prompt in accepting my call and clear in her explanation. I might add that I remember her helping me with another vehicle repair a little over two years ago. She provided the same quality service at that time.
