Too long, 3 weeks to complete simple repair, dented hood. Only 5.5 hours of labor. No need for vehicle to be there that long.

I chose Caliber Collision because I wanted the best, and that's exactly what I got. I was unfamiliar with Caliber Collision but once I found out they are a merger with Abra Auto Body, my mind was put at ease because i know the high standards and craftmanship of the technicians and service personnel which means Caliber is now a name I can trust. Everyone I met from the front desk to the manager were pretty dang excellent. Especially Samantha who kept me updated with the repair schedule. I know alot of hard work went into the repairs on my pickup truck all at the same time repairing other people's vehicles and giving them the same personalized experience. I'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years at Caliber Collision on Mt. Moriah.

It took a lot longer than was expected, I understand the process and the communication with the company paying might have delayed this a bit. Although I feel like it could of been completed a little sooner I was provided with updates and never had to wonder what was going on. Over all experience was very good
