Had bubbles in paint but was told it would be corrected got it in writing to come back next week Didnt like that i have to hand wash car for 3months no car wash at all up until 3 months not saying they dont do good work because they an have because i have use them before but neber had a problem but will see if there is a mistake will they stand behind there work an word

They always lying about when things are going to be ready. They had parts missing off my car when I went to pick it up and I had to get another rental. When I went to pick my car you the next time, I had to make them adjust my hood three times and it’s like they are rushing and not caring if the work is right or not.

10/15 made appointment and was told I would get estimate and they would call for rental so made rental reservation. At appt, was told they were backed up and to come back in a week. 10/22 dropped car and only received text msgs as follows: 10/22: est comp of 10/25; est comp of 10/29; est comp of 10/28 10/24: update: repairs coming along nicely 10:28: Update: nearing completion; est comp 10/29 10/30: est comp 10/30; Ginger states vehicle is in cleanup and WCB once vehicle is ready Never heard back so called at 4:20. After 20 minutes was hung up on. Called back and got the “home office”. Was told I would get a call. Never did. So I drove over to the repair shop. Car had not been inspected. So waited for that and then was on my way. I’ve used this location many times and never had any problems like this.

I came to pick up my car this morning and i sat there hour and half then they brought my car out and the hood was to close to the finder so they had to take it back into the shop. I didn't ger to work until 10 am because they were in a meeting.
