My experience was a 10 out of 10. The customer service was wonderful through the entire experience. Everyone was quick to respond, communicative, and catering. My car looks great, and I was very pleased with the exterior wash and interior cleaning. Really went above and beyond!

Everyone at Caliber was very kind, thorough in explaining everything to me that needed repaired on my car, and made an otherwise inconvenient experience turn out to be relatively pleasant. They not only fixed my car but detailed it and cleaned it up which was a great surprise too! Lastly, I enjoyed talking with Brendan at the front desk each time I came in. He was very kind and made me laugh! Thank you all.
